Through the proposed activities, the project develops a support network at the level of the three counties that offers a quality, fair and inclusive education in relation to the needs of each child/young person. Thus, the project contributes to reducing the phenomenon of school dropouts and ensuring unrestricted access for children with special needs (CES) to a quality education.
Activities-

The construction and endowment of the Integrated Inclusive Education Center for children and young people at risk of dropping out/leaving school early, in Tunari, Ilfov county;

- The acquisition of the necessary equipment and supplies for the Center in Tunari and Pașcani and for the space in Piatra Neamț;

- The purchase of a means of transport in order to facilitate the transport of the target group to the project activities;

Provision of educational support services to increase participation and prevent dropout/early school leaving (regular meditations, “School after school” programs);

The organization of innovative non-formal education programs – creative and leisure programs – for the development of socio-emotional skills (health education programs, non-formal education workshops and vocational training), both for the children/young people in the group target as well as for their parents;

Providing social and medical support to the target group through basic medical services at the Center in Tunari and social and psychological counseling services in the three counties;

Providing material (non-financial) support based on incentives to increase the motivation of children in the target group in the form of supplies, informational materials, opportunities to go out to the theater/film, summer schools and others;

- The organization of training sessions for the formation of skills regarding the reduction/prevention of early school leaving and/or the approach to children/young people with CES in the teaching process, dedicated to human resources from educational units and from the sphere of social services;

Organization of two visits for exchange of experience for human resources from educational institutions and social services with Norwegian partners (a visit to Norway by a delegation made up of a maximum of 10 people from the Romanian partners and a visit of a maximum of 4 experts from Norway to Romania who visit the three centers);

The adaptation and implementation in the educational act in the partner schools of the teaching methodology, obtained through the exchange of experience with the Norwegian partners, for children at risk;

- The organization of trips for children/young people and parents for a maximum number of 1000 people (with a minimum of 20% participation of children/young people and parents who are part of the secondary target group), correlated with the “Different Week” within the school year.

The organization of local actions of involvement in the life of the community by including children from the target group in the local cultural activity (Ex. commune days, artistic and cultural festivals, harvest days, etc.);

Organization of project promotion activities that will include 4 project conferences and the establishment of the web page and Social Media channels Facebook and YouTube;

- Organization of 3 online information and awareness campaigns (health education, anti-discrimination, fundraising);

The establishment of an online group (on an existing platform) of professional support for human resources in educational institutions and in the sphere of social services and the development and publication within the group of a good practice guide.
